Sheryl-Underwood
Sheryl Underwood, an American comedian, host of a TV show and performer famous for hosting the popular daytime talk show The Talk. Born in Arkansas she was raised at Little Rock and Atwater. Sheryl comes out of the midst of a difficult background. Sheryl was a part of her childhood caring for her sister Frankie and her polio-infected sister. When she was a child, she had a difficult relationship with her mom. Sheryl said that at one point her mother attacked an uncle of her daughter due to the fact that she was getting closer to her. Sheryl was a soldier shortly after graduating from college. Her passions were in comedy. In 1989, she was the first woman to make the top in the Miller Lite Comedy Search contest. Her TV professional career started in 1992 as a participant on the HBO comedy program Def Comedy Jam. The show was hosted by her Oh Drama! in 2000. Then in 2011, she started appearing in The Talk as co-host. Additionally, she's played fictional roles in series like Bulworth Nikki and Beauty Shop.
