Taylor
Taylor Swift, the rarest pop star, is one who has managed to cross over from country music to mainstream pop culture, becoming an iconic figure in the pop culture. She also conquered every continent through her music. Swift shed the country influences in the sense that they had been added as an extra layer of skin, revealing she was one of the best singers/songwriters of her time. Swift could make the event personal and use it for her benefit. Swift's early songs, including her neo tribute to Tim McGraw, showed off her talents. However, her album Fearless showed a singer-songwriter who was discovering herself and was able to draw a wide audience. Fearless had a great success not only in America, but also with six platinum-certified singles. Its Top Ten songs Love Story & the hit song You Belong with Me were the primary reasons behind this. However, it did very well across the globe. Swift's Speak Now album released two years ago, consolidated her prior success, and catapulted the singer into superstardom. She grew in popularity through the three albums that followed - Red (2012) 1989 (2014) and Reputation (2017). Swift had now established herself in an industry she felt was hers to be. Although she slowed down the production of her folklore album, and Evermore releases in 2020 she was in the forefront of pop music.
